Teams should consider if they feel that he would win more there, particularly considering the strength of the offense because if the team is scoring 5+ runs per game, it obviously is much easier to get more wins than it is if they are scoring one or two runs per game. As Roy Oswalt has won the Cy Young in the past, he is a dominant pitcher when he is in true form. A lack of run support has to be a major issue if he is still pitching well enough to win many games if there is strong run support.
