On July 19, 2009, Ian Kinsler pulled off a rare feat (unlike the eight cycles we've seen)--he became just the fifth player ever to hit a lead-off home run and walk-off home run in the same game. Obviously, a lot of things need to go right for this to happen.

Without looking it up, can any of you name any of the previous players to do this?

Logo game

I played this game in my BBF days. It has the following rules:

I put on the logo of the Asheville Tourist for example. You put on the logo of another team that creates a link with the Tourists' logo: for example the Jacksonville Suns. Relationship: Sun that is what a lot of tourist go for to Florida or California (or Spain in Europe...). Or you can put the Casper Ghosts on because that is another affiliate of the Rockies. So there will be enough links between logos.

When the game continues it will happen more that a logo is used for the second time, but please try to avoid that as much as possible. It may be clear that this is a BASEBALL logo game.

Have fun.
